Processing & Shipping Times
All orders require standard processing before shipment. Please allow 7–12 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or product releases, processing times may be extended without prior notice.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and the type of order.
No Shipping Guarantees
While we strive to meet the estimated timeframe, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only.
Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

Any issues that occur after the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier must be resolved directly with the carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.
